Our company was born out of our passion for business and drive to supply high quality products in 1996 to hotels and restaurants. In 2004 following the diagnosis of our daughter being gluten intolerant, we branched into gluten free foods supplying supermarkets and eventually the tourism industry. Hence our journey began connecting food to good health and is the core value we live by and enjoy sharing with others.
